Initially, the Process is focused on looking at your career and life and deciding what you want.  The remainder of the Process is focused on you deciding how you can create and implement what you want in your career and life.

Another core principle of the Process is that you should enjoy your work.  During the Process we look at your current job and see if changes need to be made for you to start looking forward to going to work.
